Does the transparent window stop guests from taking photos?

Yes. The phone is inserted screen-out and camera-in, so both camera lenses face the solid backing of the pouch. Guests can read the screen through the window but cannot photograph or film anything.

Can we print sponsor or event branding on the pouches?

Yes, on purchased stock. Custom printing of event names, sponsor artwork and venue logos starts at 100 pieces with a 3–4 week lead time. Unbranded stock ships in about 2 weeks.

How do guests unlock their phone at the end of the event?

They tap the pouch against a magnetic unlocking station near the exit. It releases in about a second, so even large rooms clear quickly. Staff can also carry a handheld magnetic key for individual exceptions during the event.

Does the pouch block calls and signal?

Only if you ask for it. The standard transparent event pouch keeps the phone connected so guests can see notifications through the window. A signal-blocking lining is available as an option where full blackout is required.

1. At the door

Guests slide the phone in screen-out, camera-in. Your team presses the magnetic pin shut in front of them. The phone never leaves the guest's hands.

2. Inside the room

The pouch stays in a pocket, purse or hand. Calls and notifications are visible through the clear window, so nobody feels cut off — and nothing can be filmed.

3. At the exit
